Sales Masterclass - Customer Expectations
The SPA's retained sales experts, SBR Consulting, will be running a member-only Sales Training Masterclass on Thursday 14th October from 9am on Zoom. This 2-hour online Workshop, entitled "Customer Expectations", will be hosted by Jason Walkingshaw. The course will cover:
- Managing customers expectations (price and lead time)
- Justifying price increases
- How to convey loyalty
- Helping overcoming objections
- Developing improved negotiation skills
