The SPA is delighted to announce our 113th Conference, hosted at the iconic Silverstone Circuit - a truly unique and exclusive setting chosen to recognise and thank our loyal members.  This will be a premium, member-only event, with delegate rates heavily subsidised and the Full Delegate Package available exclusively to SPA member companies.

This promises to be one of our most memorable Conferences to date and will be the only SPA Conference held in 2026.

Event Highlights ... there are a lot!

• 10am - 12th SPA Health & Safety Forum - Rooftop Lounge, Hilton Garden Inn.

11am Start - Conference Event & Networking - Halls 4 & 5, The Wing, Silverstone Circuit:

• Supplier Showcase - a handful of SPA Members who are sponsoring an aspect of SPA 113th Conference will be available to meet with delegates fom 11am onwards in Hall 4, Silverstone Wing and throughout Conference, including Amtech Software, M&K Trading, Sun Automation, UK Corrugated Industry Trade Show.

• AI Pit Stop Zone - Artificial Intelligence is set to transform the packaging industry, from design and production through to logistics and customer engagement. At Silverstone, Conference delegates will have the opportunity to engage with experts who can help demystify AI and explain what it could realistically mean for their business.  

We are very grateful to ai-expert.co.uk and Twist Consultancy for hosting the AI Pit Stop Zone - both are experienced providers working in this space, offering insight into current market developments, practical starting points, and how manufacturers can begin to explore AI in a structured and informed way.

• Keynote Presentation: Celebrity Speaker, Nicolas Hamilton, sharing insights from the world of motorsport and his personal story of resilience, mindset and overcoming adversity.  We would like to thank Smurfit Westrock Sheetfeeding for sponsoring our Celebrity Speaker at Conference.

• SPARK Robotics will be in action at Silverstone, including Ketty, the interactive guide and advertising robot, MT1 (industrial sweep & vac), CC1 (4-in-1 wet & dry floor cleaner), and T300 (moves up to 300kg of stock).  Bots are transforming industrial automation and you can try them live on the day!  We would like to thank M&K Trading for sponsoring SPARK Robotics at Conference.

• PSW Events will again be present at Conference - this time with 3 sets of 2 Race Seat Simulators featuring a Donnington Park 2 lap race.  These simulators are available for all Conference delegates to enjoy - with a prize for the person who achieves the fastest race time!  We thank Sun Automation Group, Amtech Software and UK Corrugated Industry Trade Show for sponsoring the Race Seat Simulators.

Sponsor a Student to Attend Conference

Many thanks to Dairi-Pak and NOA Ltd for their generous sponsorship of student delegates at this Conference.  The SPA invited Members to sponsor (and also invite) young talent to attend the daytime programme at the upcoming Conference - students, apprentices, graduates or trainees. This is a wonderful opportunity for young people to showcase themselves in a room of 260+ potential employers - and sponsoring a young person to attend Conference is a simple, high-impact way for SPA Members to inspire the future of our industry.  !

This initiative ran alongside our “Think Inside the Box” Student Design Challenge.  A dozen Finalist Students of the competition will be joining us at Conference, giving you the valuable opportunity to meet the next generation of talent and understand what they are looking for from future employers.

Details of how to sponsor a young delegate (£50 per person) were sent to SPA Members in December 2025.

• Full Delegate (FD) Package:

Buffet Lunch, Full access to Conference event from 11am, Afternoon Refreshments, FREE Wifi and FREE Parking, Sponsored Drinks Reception, Evening Track-side Dinner & Entertainment, Overnight Single Rate Room at Hilton Garden Inn, Silverstone (upgrade to track-side room available at +£60 per room) and Breakfast following day. 

SPA Member FD: £310pp +VAT

• Additional night stay - Sunday 1st February:  £120 + VAT Overnight Single Rate Room at Hilton Garden Inn, Silverstone (upgrade to track-side room available at +£60 per room) and Breakfast following day.

Booking Policy for Silverstone - by booking Delegate places you accept that you have read and agree to the following: 

1. Delegate fees must be cleared in full 21 days prior (12.1.2026) to Silverstone Conference.
2. Silverstone Circuit Cancellation Notice (no exceptions):  

• Post 1.1.2026 - 0% refund applies

3. Dietary / Accessibility requirements must be detailed at time of booking.
4. As this Conference offers more booking options than usual, the SPA Office will contact you to confirm your preferences. Please look out for that email and reply promptly so that we can finalise your booking.

Housekeeping:

PLEASE NOTE: A final confirmation email with additional bespoke housekeeping was sent to all delegates on Monday 26th January.

• Car Parking
  Parking is free of charge.  Day / Dinner delegates should park in Car Park 50.  Full Delegates staying overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn should park in the Hilton Car Park.

• Conference Registration
  SPA Conference Registration desk will be located at the entrance to Hall 4 Lower, The Wing, Silverstone Circuit.  Access to The Wing is via a direct walkway bridge located on the 4th floor of Hilton Garden Inn Hotel.  Delegates can leave coats and small bags in the vicinity of the SPA reception desk - this space is unsecured.

• Conference Agenda, Programme & Badges

Will be available at SPA Conference Reception Desk.

• Conference Access
  Your delegate badge must be worn at all times, including for the Sponsored Drinks Reception and Dinner.  Entry to Halls 4 & 5 will not be permitted without your Conference badge.

• Dietary Requirements
  All dietary requirements have been submitted to Silverstone.  We are no longer able to accommodate changes.
