As announced at SPA 109th Conference, the SPA's retained sales experts, SBR Consulting, will be running a member-only Sales Training Masterclass on Tuesday 2nd July from 10am on Zoom.  

This 90-minute online Workshop will be hosted by Emile Hall and will look at "Strategic Proactivity".  Key takeaways will include:

• Intelligent Questioning Techniques
