As detailed at the recent SPA 104th Conference, SPA Members benefit from expert training courses as part of their annual membership.  There are 2 member training events taking place in October, as detailed below.

On Tuesday 18th October, SPA Chairman, Tim Gray, will once again be hosting the Corrugated Industry Induction Training Course.  The course is especially beneficial to new starters in the industry as it offers a broad overview of the Industry, its environmental credentials and the basics of manufacturing board and boxes.

On Tuesday 25th October, SBR Consulting, retained sales training specialists to the Sheet Plant Association, will be running a Sales Masterclass focussing on "Motivating your Team".  The course will benefit those who look to continually improve motivation in their team and will review how people are motivated, investigate the different types of motivation and indicate how to improve on giving authentic recognition and praise.
