The UK Sheet Plant Association (SPA) is committed to advancing the sheet plant sector through training, best practice and professional support/advice. Our SPA Emerging Leaders (EL) Initiative, inspired by the AICC EL Program, is designed for sheet plant employees who have the talent and drive to become future business leaders.
The programme is now enrolling for its 2026 cohort.
