Located 20 minutes from Venice airport, Fossaluzza is an independent family owned company specialised in designing and manufacturing peripherical machineries such as pre-feeders, palletisers, bundles breaker, stackers, vacuum stripper stacker for rotary die cutters and all the handling and logistic related to it.
Over the course of 45 years, with more than 500 installations around the globe, from U.S. to the Middle East, Fossaluzza has linked its name to reliability. We have spent 3 generations focusing on how we could add more value to our machines and services to improve machine reliability, control, and software interconnectivity inside every plant. We are now able to transfer this knowledge and to add value to the final utiliser, from the very first layout to the final start-up. For this reason, it is imperative we actively collaborate with local universities and technical institutes to combine our long experience in the corrugated industry with new inspirational ideas.
From the corrugator exit to the loading docks we automatize the pre-feeding of all kind of converting and printing machines. We supply complete palletising solutions from rotary die cutters to the fastest miniline in-line folder gluer. Vacuum stackers for jumbo sizes and vacuum stripper stackers for rotary die cutters and pallet inserter are the products that make Fossaluzza not only a reliable supplier but also a loyal partner for the future.
We are now proud to introduce our latest technology, The Regenerative System.
Made it public during the last FEFCO technical seminar in Lyon, it is currently running in 5 of our complete lines installations. This technology, available on the market, simply enable to recover the kinetic energy, normally produced when dealing with heavy loads or start and stop motions and traditionally dissipated through breaking system and reintroduce it into the system without losing it. This allows the decrease of the energy consumption the machine requires, enables the operators to easily monitoring in real time the energy consumption status and reduce the heat dissipation traditionally introduced into the site.
